TRAINEE HIRE DRIVE ASSISTANT (Various Branches, Full & Part Time)
You will be required to maintain and improve excellent customer relationships, answer customer enquiries by telephone and face-to-face, drive and park vehicles including vans and minibuses, fleet maintenance and management, monitor movement of all cars and run daily reports. You must have excellent communication, organisational and computer skills.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the branch, including; presentation of the branch, controlling budgets, forecasting and finance as well as the recruitment and mentoring of new staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within either a small retail business or a hire drive company. Excellent hands on management skills, as well as good communication skills and computer skills are essential. You will be required to delegate tasks to other employees whilst maintaining and and striving to improve excellent customer relationships. Liasing with the Transport Manager & other Senior Management on a regular basis to update on the needs and requirements of the branch.
